Event Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with the senior production team to understand event objectives, client expectations, and project requirements.
Assist in the development of event concepts, themes, and creative elements that align with client goals.
Coordinate logistical details, including venue selection, catering, transportation, audiovisual setup, and decor.
Support in the creation of event timelines, schedules, and production plans to ensure smooth execution.
Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event are seamlessly integrated.
Assist in managing event budgets and expenses, tracking costs, and recommending cost-effective solutions.
Participate in on-site event management, overseeing setup, troubleshooting, and coordinating event flow.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure branding and visuals are aligned with the event's theme and purpose.
Manage registration processes and guest lists, ensuring a positive attendee experience.
Address any unexpected issues that arise during events and implement quick and effective solutions.
Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and goals for each event.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing updates on project progress and addressing client feedback.
Cultivate positive client relationships by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
Assist in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from clients, attendees, and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to the creation of event recap reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Support in maintaining a comprehensive database of event details, contacts, and resources for future reference.
