EVENTS.
EXPERIENTIAL.
CAMPAIGNS.
As two producers sat back in their chairs having just pitched an amazing creative concept, one that would build brand reputation, drive growth and position the organisation as a key innovator, they were feeling pretty buoyed. However,
the response “thanks guys, fantastic pitch but frankly, no one ever got fired for doing the same as last year’ left them utterly deflated; all that hard work had been knocked by a rinse and repeat mindset. They asked themselves why the client wasn’t willing to change and what might be a ‘better way’.
The answer was simple. The pitch had focused on responding to the brief, not the contribution to the organisation or the individual. And with that, they founded
Ten Thousand Hours; an agency with purpose to create events that contribute to the organisation’s greater objectives and making the most of the investment.
