Strategy - we’ll ask the difficult questions to help build out a strategic plan, with measurement criteria, for your individual project or a series of projects. 

 

Creative - once you have your strategy in place it’s all about bringing it to life. Event identity, content production, storytelling, set, sound, lighting design, programme structure and format. We will build out a creative concept to complement the strategy.

 

Production - strategy agreed, creative approved, we now go into production mode. Our producers will manage all technical production, build, print, digital and onsite delivery in line with the experience requirements.

 

Logistics - none of the above happens without a really good project management team mapping out plans, finding the ideal location for your project, negotiating and liaising with suppliers, keeping the team, and client to agreed deadlines and of course managing the budget and finances.
